Adult Self Defense - 241310

Studies show that it takes 3 seconds for an attacker to render you helpless. This could be via knife, gun, or blunt force trauma. Seconds matter during an attack. From drawing a concealed weapon to a shot fired, it takes 6 seconds, on average. That's double the attack time. In today's society that threat is real. With the daily growing number of attacks in the United States, it is time to be ready to defend yourself.

We're now offering Adult Self Defense Classes - Students 18+ will learn techniques to aid them in block, deflect, retreat. This will give you the know how to stop a weapon, discourage further attack and time to run away in that same 3 second window.
